Meet the Mentors

Helen McGowan brings over 30 years industry experience in strategic production, across a number of high profile and influential brands, including Liberty, Margaret Howell and most recently TOAST.

Phoebe Briggs is an experienced luxury industry professional specialising in content commissioning, creation and communication. She is currently Brand Director at Harris Reed and prior to that was Editorial Director at 10 Magazine. 

Laura Holmes is a Creative Producer & Company Director. She founded Holmes Production in 2010 & has since established the highly-acclaimed production company as a global destination for creatives + luxury brands, working with Paul Smith, Jonathan Anderson and Simone Rocha to name a few. She founded Holmes Production Inc in 2023 in order to continue servicing jobs across the globe and in the US. 

Murray Clark is British GQ's senior style editor and oversees all fashion-related editorial both in print and online. With previous work in Esquire, Harper's Bazaar, Elle and Men's Health, his expertise lies in deep end features and reportage across the menswear industry. 

The Alphabet is a London based fashion sales agency created to discover, support and develop independent brands with unique profiles. With over 20 years of collective industry experience, The Alphabet provides strategic and creative business solution tailored to each brands' identity and ethos through their products and their stories.  

Catherine Sutton is Executive Board Director of Sutton Communications, a global agency with offices in London, Paris, New York, Miami, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Anchored in arts and culture and at the intersection with collectibles and luxury, Sutton delivers media, digital, event, partnership, and marketing strategies for clients worldwide. 

Olya Kuryshchuk is the founder and Editor-in-Chief of 1 Granary, a leading global fashion education platform whose mission is to foster talent and drive positive change in the fashion industry. 

Matthew Mumford is Head of Creative at Paul Smith, responsible for maintaining its identifiable public aesthetic, from videos and photoshoots, to curating fashion shows, events, and exhibitions. Previous experience includes J.W. Anderson, Sunspel and Calvin Klein. 

Neha-Tamara Patel is the European Director of Audience Development, Analytics and Social for GQ. With over a decade’s experience heading up digital strategy and growth for some of the UK’s leading magazine titles including The Face and Stylist, she’s an expert on SEO, social media, content development and more. 

Laura Weir is the Executive Creative Director of Selfridges, leading the business on creative, marketing and PR. Prior to this, Laura was Editor-in-Chief of the London Evening Standard’s weekly supplement and held senior editorial positions at British Vogue and The Sunday Times.  

Vikram Menon is a financial advisor and chartered accountant who advises creative entrepreneurs on business, tax and more. Vikram will be working with the designers on their finances and cashflow. 

Orsola de Castro and Tamsin Blanchard are directors of Estethica, the creative agency nurturing sustainable innovation and emerging talent. Orsola is a writer, mentor and co-founder of the global movement, Fashion Revolution. Tamsin is a journalist and editor who currently writes for publications including The Gentlewoman, the Guardian and 10 Magazine, and is Pathway Leader for BA Fashion Journalism at CSM. 

Charlie is Director of Casely-Hayford, a leading London fashion house co-founded with his father, the late Joe Casely-Hayford OBE. Dedicated to slow fashion, each collection is designed demonstrate a commitment to modern craft and tailoring. 

Adam Andrascik is former creative director of Guy Laroche Paris, co-founder and CEO of creative-focused design protection platform Provineer and Course Leader of MA Fashion: Digital Futures at Ravensbourne University London. 

Alice Bouleau is Partner & Head of Creative Pole at Sterling International, based in the firm’s Paris office. She focuses on the recruitment of Design, Image and Merchandising Talents, and manages all of the firm’s creative recruitments globally. 

Henry Holland is the founder of House of Holland, a fashion and interiors label who became regular at LFW for 13 years. In 2021 Henry launched Henry Holland Studio, a handmade ceramics and homeware brand which has gone on to collaborate with Moët & Chandon, Soho Home, Liberty, and Paul Smith amongst others. 

The team from leading international law firm Osborne Clarke are volunteering their expertise on common legal issues such as starting a business, protecting intellectual property rights, commercial contracts and employment.  

Mandi Lennard, brand strategist and founder of creative agency, Mandi’s Basement. Mandi has worked with Alexander McQueen, Barbie, Central Saint Martins, Matty Bovan and many more as well as  launching  the careers of designers including Gareth Pugh, Kim Jones, and Roksanda Ilincic. 

Philipp Raheem is a photographer and creative strategist, whose client portfolio includes Diesel, Meta, The Times, Soho House, Vogue US, Air Jordan, Off-White, Monki, WePresent, Ganni, and Cosmopolitan, among others. He is also Editorial Director of the independent luxury arts, lifestyle and fashion publication, Vingt Sept.  

Felicity Kay is a celebrity and editorial stylist, and former Fashion Editor for Elle UK. Felicity has styled campaigns for Gucci, Dior, Net-A-Porter, and Zara, and her celebrity clients include Paul Mescal, Ncuti Gatwa, Kit Connor, Meg Bellamy and Archie Madekwe.
